Steel City Cycle Works
Steel City Cycle Works was established in January 1999. Owner Kate Smith has been a bicycle mechanic since 1989 and has worked as a mechanic and workshop manager for some of Sydney's leading cycle retailers.
The impetus behind Steel City was the growing need for more personal and dedicated customer service in the retail bicycle workshop. As the majority of cycle retailers struggle to supply the biggest range of bicycles some have ignored the value of quality after sales service, especially in the workshop.
Steel City endeavours to treat every customer with equal interest and respect, offering genuine advice, taking every enquiry seriously. All bicycles are serviced and repaired with equal care and attention to detail. Safety is a prerequisite.
