Cyclo Cross Racing In The Gong

Well it's not quite mountain biking but it's not quite road riding either. It's Cyclo Cross and it's coming back to Wollongong.
On Sunday 22nd August the Illawarra Cycle Club (road) will be putting on a 40 minute cross race around the outdoor velodrome in Unanderra just south of Wollongong. With a short course of about 2km riders will be taking on many obstacles, natural and man made, including grass trails, log jumps, sand traps and part of the velodrome itself.
